With close to a decade of experience across private lending, deal structuring and broker relationships, he takes a direct and commercially focused approach to complex and time-sensitive transactions.
Managing Director
Jai leads the day-to-day operations of Malu Finance, working across private finance, capital relationships and transaction execution. His relationship-led approach and focus on disciplined execution help deliver a responsive experience for brokers, borrowers and capital partners.

Mehedi works across Malu Finance’s international private equity activities, supporting the identification, development and execution of investment and capital opportunities across international markets.
Working with investors, business owners, strategic partners and capital providers, Mehedi helps develop relationships and connect opportunities with the wider Malu Finance network.
His role supports the continued expansion of Malu Finance’s international presence and the development of cross-border private equity and private capital opportunities.
